The Animal Spot is a collection of 4 websites that includes RainforestAnimals.net, DesertAnimals.net,
TundraAnimals.net and TheAnimalSpot.net.  Each website gives information about animals of a different
biome of the world.  The goal of The Animal Spot is to inform and educate with information that is 100%
accurate.
What is The Animal Spot?
About Us
The Animal Spot began in May, 2006, initially as a single website, RainforestAnimals.net.  In less than a year
RainforestAnimals.net began receiving as many as 4,200 hits per day and the idea for The Animal Spot was
created.   Now, receiving as many as 8,000 hits per day, The Animal Spot and its network of sites enters its
second year of operations.  
History
We continue to enhance and add content to each site.  Our goal is to provide 100% accurate information so
that our sites will be useful tools to users of all ages.  As we look toward the future we hope to be able to be
able to assist animals in need around the world, and are currently considering our opportunities.
